Modern homes are now effectively sealed boxes. This causes stale air and a build up of damp that can affect both the internal decoration and the structure of the building. Dust mites thrive in such conditions and are increasingly being blamed for respiratory problems such as asthma.

Heat Recovery Ventilation removes the stale air and transfers much of the heat to the fresh incoming air. By careful design to suit each individual property, a healthy flow of fresh, filtered and warmed air is circulated in the house.
